At The Recruiter Gal (“TRG”), our services are personalized and often involve professional time, expertise, preparation, consultation, writing, editing, or access to digital resources.

For this reason, all sales are final, and TRG does not provide cash refunds for services purchased except where required by applicable law.

Our Commitment to Your Service

Although we do not provide monetary refunds, we want clients to receive the service they purchased and have a reasonable opportunity to address concerns.

If you believe there is an issue with a service provided by TRG, please contact us. Depending on the circumstances and the service purchased, we may address the concern through reasonable:

• Revisions or corrections;
• Modifications to completed work;
• Additional assistance related to the purchased service;
• Replacement or redelivery of materials; or
• Other appropriate adjustments or additions to the service.

Any adjustment will be determined based on the nature of the concern, the original scope of the service, and the work already performed.

A service adjustment does not entitle the purchaser to receive additional services unrelated to the original purchase.

Résumé Revisions

Where included in the purchased package, résumé-writing services include up to three (3) rounds of revisions.

Revisions are intended to refine the original résumé based on client feedback and do not constitute an entirely new project or résumé for a substantially different career direction.

Change of Mind or Unused Services

Cash refunds are not provided because a client changes their mind, decides not to pursue a job search, obtains employment independently, does not use all components of a purchased package, misses or elects not to schedule an included session, or otherwise chooses not to complete the service.

When reasonable and appropriate, TRG may permit an unused component to be modified or applied toward another TRG service.

Any such accommodation is at TRG’s discretion, may depend on the work already completed, and does not create a right to a cash refund or monetary credit.

Career Outcomes

TRG provides professional career services and guidance, but employment decisions are made by independent employers and other third parties.

TRG does not guarantee interviews, recruiter responses, job offers, employment, promotions, compensation increases, career advancement, or any other specific result.

Failure to receive an interview, offer, or other desired career outcome is therefore not grounds for a refund, service credit, chargeback, or additional service beyond what was purchased.

Employer and Organizational Purchases

For outplacement, fractional career services partnerships, workshops, group programs, or other organizational engagements, payments are non-refundable unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.

Unused participant allocations, employee nonparticipation, missed sessions, or an organization’s decision not to use all purchased services do not create an entitlement to a cash refund.
