Why I Started The Recruiter Gal
There is no shortage of career advice. The problem is that much of it comes from people who have never sat on the hiring side of the table.
For more than two decades, I have. I’ve reviewed tens of thousands of resumes, conducted thousands of interviews, and partnered with hiring managers throughout the hiring process. I know what gets noticed, what gets overlooked, and what can make the difference between moving forward and being passed over.
I created The Recruiter Gal to share that knowledge with the people who need it most.
But this is about more than a better resume or a stronger interview. I want people to recognize their value, communicate it with confidence, and better understand how hiring works so they can make informed decisions about their careers.
My goal is for every person I work with to move forward with the right mindset, the right career materials, and the right strategy.
